Mission Statement

The Division of Human Resources oversees the Department of Human Resources Recruitment and Staffing and Human Resources Administration and Compliance (formerly known as Human Resources Operations). It is the division's responsibility to employ highly effective employees for all schools and offices, implement the onboarding process, identify and educate employees of potential risks, devise plans to minimize risk, investigate personnel matters, and collaborate with appropriate offices on supporting employees. Additionally, the division provides benefits and/or services to our active employees, temporary employees, and retirees.
